Beltramini is an Historian of architecture and a curator, his research concerns especially the Renaissance. He has been the director of the “Centro Internazionale di Studi di Architettura Andrea Palladio” in Vicenza since 2011. He is a board member of the Canadian Centre for Architecture in Montreal and also a member of the international scientific committee for the English magazine Architectural History. The next fall Beltramini will be a visiting professor at Harvard University. He led several exhibits in Vicenza, at the Biennale of Venice, at the Royal Academy of Art in London, at the Morgan Library and Museum of New York, at the National Building Museum of Washington and at the Canadian Centre for Architecture of Montreal.
